Cancellations

If you are unable to make your appointment, please call 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. This will ensure that therapists are available for other guests. If we are not notified of your cancellation, 50% of the treatment will be billed.

Gratuities

Gratuities for spa staff are not included in the charge. You may charge gratuity to your final bill or it may be paid in cash to your therapist. If you are unsure how to calculate gratuity; quality service is customarily acknowledged by a gratuity of 15-20% to the spa technician

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates make the perfect gift for any occasion. You may purchase a gift certificate for a specific dollar amount or specific service. Your gift can be redeemed anytime during the one year period from the date of purchase. Gift certificates may also be purchased by phone. We will mail or email the gift certificate to you or the recipient.to the recipient.
